Is there an eval suite? How big? When was it last run? What did it catch — or miss?
Refusal + escalation patterns
What does the agent refuse to do? What's the escalation path? Where does it fail gracefully vs hallucinate confidently?
Observability + audit trail
Can you reproduce a conversation that went wrong last Tuesday? Are reasoning chains logged? Who owns the dashboards?
Cost + quality telemetry
Do you know the cost per conversation, per user, per workflow? Is there a quality score trend over time?
